Rain & Weather Policy
We want to make sure you are fully informed about our rain and weather policy before your event. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience while being as flexible as possible with changing weather conditions.

Cancellation or Postponement Due to Rain

We will contact you by phone or text on the day of your event to discuss the weather conditions.

You may choose to cancel or postpone your event at that time, subject to the availability of the unit you have rented. If you decide to cancel before we begin traveling to your event, you will owe us nothing ($0.00).

Please note that we do not cancel or postpone events ourselves. The decision to proceed with the event is ultimately yours.

If you decide that you want us to proceed with your event despite the possibility of rain, we will require full payment by phone before you authorize us to proceed and we begin traveling to your event, there are no cancellations or refunds after you agree and we collect payment to prevent a last-minute change of plans.

A 5% processing fee will apply to payments made by phone using Zelle, Cash App, or any credit card.

🚂 Train

Our train will not automatically stop because of rain.

Each caboose has a roof; however, your guests may still get wet. The roofs are primarily intended to provide protection from the sun, light rain, and for appearance.

We will only stop the train due to heavy rain or unsafe lightning conditions, at our discretion and based on the circumstances at your event.

Once conditions are considered safe, we may resume operation at our discretion.

No refunds will be provided due to weather-related interruptions or any other reasons.

🐂 Mechanical Bull

Outdoor Events:
If the controls or equipment are getting wet, we will temporarily stop operation. The controls cannot get wet. We will resume operation when the rain stops, at our discretion.

Indoor Events:
Rain will not affect the operation, and we can continue as normal.

No refunds will be provided due to weather-related interruptions or any other reasons.

📸 Photo Booth

Outdoor Events:
The photo booth cannot get wet. If it begins to rain, we will stop operation and resume once the rain stops, at our discretion or we can move it to a safe and dry place.

Indoor Events:
Rain will not affect the operation, and we can continue as normal.

No refunds will be provided due to weather-related interruptions or any other reasons.
